This building has reached substantial completion. The punch list has been compiled and we are currently working wrapping up some of those last items. This existing Roman Catholic Church, built circa 1964, is located in Brewster, Ma. Including site work this project is worth around 3 million dollars. The project architect is Jim Murphy of RAD Jones Architects, Inc., Rockland Ma. One of the challenges of this project has been working on the construction of the church while simultaneously providing access to the functioning portions of the site, including administrative offices, and an interim facility in which church services are being held. |
